why is my car bellowing out white smoke????????
i just installed the SS JDM DC header the other day and a SS test pipe manf. by SMSP. i have had about 5 headers now w/ a test pipe, and i have never scene a cloud of white smoke bellowing out from my exhaust. it has been doinf this for the past 2 days. it has a distinct smell, and i dont beleive this to be the head gasket. is this just the header breaking in or am i missing something. any info would help. thanks.
i am also running kenji's P28 ECU which i have had, but i dont think that has anything to do with it. i have the FP leaned out to 43psi.

A bellows is also a peice of equipment in a midevil forge that was used to stoke the coals. It looks like a big accordian with hinges on one side.
So a big accordian-looking medieval bellow was flying out of his test pipe with accompanying loud deep hollow sounds characteristic of a bull!!??
Now THAT would be worth seeing.

billowing, bellowing... it's all the same!!
I know that new headers smell and test pipes smell and smoke, but what exactly is it that these things are coated with that causes the billowing smoke and stinky smell??
a lot of white smoke means you are burning coolant.
head gasket is the most likely culprit

Don't forget to check your oil, you could be burning oil. White smog means oil, black means your fuel is too rich.
If your burning oil, it could be blow by or head gasket
