Default JDM B20 into 00 EK (EM1)

I'm putting a JDM B20 in my car, and have encounter a few problems.

1) What Wiring harness should I use?
2) What ECU should I use.

I was thinking of the stock CRV wiring harness, and an OBD1 LS computer to get rid of a few CEL. And of course, an OBD2b to OBD1 jumper.

The car is going to be a stock B20, and daily driven.

Thanks so much!

use your stock engine harness

a chipped obd1 ls ecu with a b20 base map will do (link phearable.net)

can you explain to me why. It's not a vtec motor, so its fine if that plug just sits there? and will any other harness work?

the answer has been given to you already....

USE A 99-00 SI HARNESS if you don't want to run into problems...

yes those plugs can just hang there!

That's fine if the 'vtec plugs' just sit there, also any other 99-00 Civic engine harness would work, but its good to have EX/Si harness in case you ever go vtec again.

Other harnesses have different emissions/sensor equipment. Its always best to use your chassis specific harness, and just use a stepdown for ECU purposes. Reason being, a lot of things are different in 6th gen Civics ('EK') than the EG or DC chassis.
