Whats the best tire and/or rim cleaning product in Kragen?

I want to make my tires shine and I am currently using this tire shine product called "seriously wet" (no really its from kragen) and its working alright but it only lasts like a few days then my tire goes back to dry and I hate having to keep re-applying it.

Now for the used rims I bought, I washed and soaped it manually then wiped it down with a terry towel which took out a good chunk of dirt, but there is still some stained dirt on there that cant be removed.

Whats a good product to get for these two at kragen?
