Default Need advice from you Body Experts.

Recently I almost totalled my car. Road was wet, made a turn, car went crazy, did my best to avoid huge *** tree and stopped short of a utility box. Thankfully this is all the damage.

My main thing is the fender. The fender has a dent and it's scrapped to the metal. I already bought new bumper lights, new corner lights (Thank god it didn't F up my stanley black housings). All I need is a bumper which I will go into junkyard to hopefully find.

How much will it be to buy a fender from junkyard and have a body shop put it on and respray the whole car and put in the bumper. Jack Frost and his band of Hooligans are not playing in New Jersey and I'm not trying to work outside and do this myself. I can do it but it's an issue of working full time, school full time, no time at all. I don't own a garage and I can't work on the street since I don't have a driveway.

I plan to respray the whole car in white again. Get rid of some key marks and stuff.

Just an estimate. Thanks

parts will vary from price at a junk yard. I work at a body shop and hate dealing with junk yard parts, they usually have been painted multiple times which is not good and they usually have small dings in them.

If i were you just get some oem parts the will fit good and you will not have to worry about having too much paint on the panels, but oem parts can be pricey.

So if money is an issue get after market parts they are cheaper, but there are capa certified after market parts the fit pretty damn good.

For the price it depends on how nice you want the car to look, and how deep your pockets are. For a nice paint job including that work no less than 2000.

Where in Jersey do you live?

oem will be the best quality
junk yards kinda afip of the coin its bes tif you can go to one a see the part before you buy it
keystone or aftermarket is also fip of the coin i work at a shop for a few years sometimes you get awsome aftermarket stuff that fits awsome and is good but sometimes u get **** that you ahve to gind out hole to make it fit

its up to you just remember OEM IS ALWAYS GUNNA BE A GARUNTEE

are you having the hole car repainted or just the pannels that are damaged repainted and blended.
