Default some questions about a 97 EK with obd1 GSR

i have a 97 Ek hatch that i bought that had a b18a1 in it...idle was ok but when driving up to 2500 rpms ran like crap....the swap was horrible. the wiring job was complete hack. so my plans are to put in a B18c out of a 94 GS-R thats already been rebuilt to stock specs. I already have the GS-R tranny. the questions i have are, should i just get a wiring harness from a 96-97 civic EX and i have a USDM P30 ecu out of a 94 del sol DOHC VTEC. i also have a skunk2 intake manifold for the GS-R already so i won't have to worry about the IAB'S. would this set-up run the car ok? i have been reading and searching and what i have come up with is mixed answers. the p30 will not control the IAB'S but since i am doing away with them already it should be ok...i understand that the fuel maps are slightly different but is it going to be enough difference to do any harm? i have the mounts and stuff from the b18a1 swap. what other things will i need to change over. alternator, distributor ,starter, fuel injectors, anything like these so i can get started on the swap? thanks for your answers and knowdledge.
