rough starts

im getting really bad,slow and rough starts ever since my head and my distributor went out. could my distributor have caused the spark plugs to go bad too?
any other ideas?

Is it doing it all the time, are after it's been warmed-up.

Is that another head that was put on it, are the sameone rebuilt?

after its been warmed the car starts up faster but still a little rough. the head is the same except that i had a valve job done to it.
