if u are thinking of what exhaust to get like i am, go with the ws. sucka free is right. other than being quiet, it kinda looks stock. not to mention that almost everybodys exhaust looks the same (although diff make). so imo, ws
Good luck getting a WS. I've had mine on order since May.
Apexi' says they are on backorder and are not sure when they'll have some in the states. The shop that I ordered mine from said that Apexi' was really rude to them about the whole deal.
I was gonna settle for a N-1, but that was on backorder too.
If anyone knows where to find a WS for a 93 CX et me know.

look at the Kakimoto R exhaust, very similiar to Apex-i, also low key quiet but 60mm piping rules

the kakimoto r has 70mm piping. Thats more than 2.5." I would hope that you have a very high output motor to consider that exhaust system. Why don't you look into a comptech system. They are very high quality systems with a sound that cant be beat.
kakimoto R for the civics and tegs is only 60mm which is about 2 3/8, not 57mm (2 1/4") like other USDM spec exhausts or
65mm is about 2.5" and is only offered in certain types ...
if you are running b16a with bolt ons 60mm
a built 1.8-2.2 will at least need 60-70mm

from apex ws to tanabe hsm its a big diff you go from quiet to freakin loud...so imo get the apexi n1 that would be my choice
I have the Apexi WS, and I have heard/seen a Tanabe Hyper Medalion on a Integra...the Tanabe Hyper can get pretty loud, like a good medium loud sound...I could hear the Teg coming and when he passed me the exhaust sounded kinda loud...not really that deep, but it sounded pretty good, probably performs well too, straight through design, most likely 60mm...My Apexi WS is great, 60mm piping, it's really quiet, but noticeable say if your walking along the sidewalk, you can hear it. At WOT it's not that loud, but you can definitely hear a car coming. Even with I/H it's not that loud. I painted mine flat black with 1200 degree engine paint and it looks great. The Apexi is cheaper, but looks and peforms well for something of it's cost...it's up to you, good luck on your decision.

Apexi WS is nice and quiet and I love the sound of it but on doing some research you'll find there are fitement issues and many people have complaints about them in that regard. That stopped me from buying it and now I am on the lookout for another quiet exhaust I would be able to drive everyday with.
Somewhat like Rota wheels, there has been a seemingly huge run on APEXi WS exhausts, seems like every other day someone is talking about getting one. They are relatively cheap, very nice looking, and APEXi makes good stuff. I say WS all the way.
I have a Tanabe Hyper Medallion and it's pretty quiet. Apex WS is a lot quieter though. Only thing is the Muffler canister is designed like stock, it's not straight through. The tanabe hyper has a straight through design, but has enogh silencing material in the canister for it to not be as loud as the RM.
