Default 07 SI - Throttle Body Spacer + SR

So I tried to install the TBS with my Injen Short Ram it just wont fit! haha anyone got it to work without cutting of the short ram because there is that vibra mount that keeps the short ram from vibrating.

Nothing dramatic, but I heard it does improve throttle response....something the Si is not the best thing at.

I can tell you that adding the spacer to the Injen Cold Air intake did NOT yeild any power for the user sickyute on 8thcivic.com

Here is the best combo for power that rivals Cold Air Intakes, has much lower cost, easier install, factory reliabilty/driveability, oem serviceability;

P2R throttle body spacer
P2R throttle body gaskets OR coolant bypass mod
Gutted air box with K&N panel filter
add a few more ponies with a P2R intake manifold gasket
add a few more ponies by buying a 2007 JDM Civic Type R Intake manifold from me for $400 shipped!

lol funny about the manifold. ok well i dont have factory airbox and id rather keep my intake. and i dont think i want to spend more money on about 2 or 3 more hp when i could put that money towards other things such as suspension and looks. i think my si is about where its gonna stay for power. TBS not worth it. ill def do the TB bypass ive done it several times on other cars. but thats it.
