I want to do a carb conversion on my d-16 y7 and i have a little idea on how to do it but i could realy use some help.. if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

i have been working and studying up on how to do this but i get fuzzy in some areas! i just dont know how making the fabracations is going to work out!

OBD1 ECU + chip and tune would make more sense on pretty much every level.

I'm just trying to figure out how you think a carb would be more efficient than fuel injection.

Irrelevant from that, how do you plan on gaining performance by messing w/ fuel mixtures, unless you add a big turbo or different injectors or something else major the stock maps should be just about dead on...

 

electronic computer controlled fuel injection is the **** though?!?!?!?!?!

 

I was planning on putting a turbo on it after the hole project was done! its realy just been an idea running through my head as to what to do.
