This sucks. Just bought the car two weeks ago...
So I was out on my patio cleaning up dog $#!# and I there was this lady who has a medical disorder trying to ride a bike, getting closer to my brand new 09 rallyeye red civic coup. Bam she hit the hood...FK ME! It wasnt that big of a dent and scratch. Crap I just bought the car two weeks ago!!!! I just broke her in yesterday to boot. Well I guess I'll be shopping for a CF hood now...or asking santa for one.

Jesus you guys. You're talking about a lady with a medical condition. Try and show a little respect. I'm sure it was just an accident.
OP at least get a police report for documentation if anything....that way her family doesn't try to say that YOU hit HER. And try to be understanding.....I know you're upset....but it's just a hood. It can be fixed/replaced.
If you think you have it rough....just think about all the other people out there with nice cars who are INTENTIONALLY getting keyed up or kicked in by some hater.
I've had my car two years and so far I've been backed into, bumped from behind, had a soda can fall onto my roof from a freeway overpass, had a rock chip my front windshield, and a somewhat decent sized tree branch fell on my hood. Oh and I ran over two birds fighting in the middle of the road, ran over a squirrel, and bumper-checked a pigeon (intentionally) on a back street. Those were just funny accidents that did no damage. Accidents happen....and believe me you'll get your share of accidents to.
Things could be worse. Remember that!

If she has a medical condition she really shouldn't be riding a bike near moving or parked cars. Find a park. I always worry about the neighborhood kids playing baseball on a narrow street and messing with people's cars and ****.
i just had a rubber floormat fly out from under a caddy and it slapped my front bumper pretty hard at about 70 +/-. it chipped the paint and left a small dent in the plastic. i havent even put 3000 miles on the car......

In Boston, like most bigger cities, bicycles are everywhere. The other day some dumb bitch rode her bike into my friends car door. Her bike got so mangled. "Aww come on! I got that three years ago at Burning Man!" Just today I was taking a right hand turn, with my blinker on, all of a sudden I hear <scrreeeccch!> look out my passenger window, some douchebag on a bicycle sitting less than a foot from my car shaking his head. As if I was supposed to yield to a bicycle BEHIND ME trying to pass me during a green light. What an idiot.
yea, I'm going to buy a new hood anyways. It's not a big dent just my first and i made her feel bad telling her that I bought the car two weeks ago and that I was really irritated by it. She lives a couple of houses down and it looks like she has MDA or Huntington's disease. Kinda freaky. The thing that scares me the most is that she still drives!!!!
huntington's disease + driving = no good at all.
imagine she has a twitch when she drives and bam! takes off your mirror or trades paint with the side of your car.
i would sue her to the point where she has to give up the clothes on her back.

I have a neighbor, I think she's in the same kind of boat, I can't tell if it's neurological disorder, disease, or she suffered a stroke, but she can barely walk and speak, and she drives.
She can't even park her car correctly in the handicapped spot, which is a few feet wider than the others. If you can't park your car in a wider spot, that is stationary, how can you drive with moving objects in close proximity?
The damage to her car is a testament to her poor driving ability.
I feel bad too, I know I wouldn't want to give up my mobility, but there's a point where you just have to realize you're more of a danger to others than your needs dictate.
