crx:how to close the vent on the passenger side?

any one know where the vent is so i can close it manually?

i mean the driver side....

Its the **** directly above the coin tray, just move it to the left or right.

i know that but the lever is broken,when i move it , it does nothing and when it rains hard some how im geting water in the car so im looking to close it permanently

the wire is up under the dash for the outdoor flap. remove the coin box and you should be able to see it
