Default 1996 Accord Air Filter Installation Question

I haven't ever changed a filter on an accord and was wondering what you need to do. I unscrewed the four screws but i can't manage to pull the cover off. What else do i need to do? THanks in advance.

you talking bout a stock intake?? might as well get a short ram or aftermarket.. i can get you one

but there wont be much difference in a new filter no matter what.. cause stock intake just sucks IMO of course.. thats just my thoughts

Yes it is a stock air filter and it's due for a change. This is just a car for cruising around, not racing. Can someone help me out here?

4 screws/bolts are it. It should just yank out. Try disconnecting it from the intake piping.
