Default n00b Question on JDM parts

In one of my mags. I saw some flares that were mounted on the passengers side panel....does any one know where I can get these and do you have a pic of them on the car?
Also, when people buy the JDM gauge clusters how do you tell how fast you are goin?
Where can I find some JDM interior parts for my 92 dx hatch? Liek the dash parts..not the seats.

With the JDM gauge cluster you can open up the cover and use a marker to write in your MPH next to KM . Or memorize it..... too much memorization for me and couldn't justify spending $200 on something I can't read.

Goodluck.

Granted if you want to make a full-blown JDM car, you'll need flames, cluster, all that ****. But honestly, I assume your car is left-hand-drive, so you'll never be completely there.

IMO flares are a waste of money. A cluster is a different sotry, they are great if you have a swap, and you'd like the same redline, and temp, and all that ****, but on a stock DX motor it'll be pretty stupid.

all the little add-on jdm **** is cool. (i.e. flare) if you already have a **** load of jdm stuff on your car.

Took the words out of my mouth.

Engine work my good boy, engine work. ***** that out side sheit. Well, I am very fond of some exterior JDM parts.

If you're not into speed, just rice, go to APC. Don't buy tons of JDM (which you most likey cannot afford) fashion parts without an upgraded engine; and make us all look bad.

Don't mean to hate on ya, just being a n00b some things need to be blunt!

Oh yeah. http://www.jdmhondaparts.com/

Electronic Mail... hehe. You do what you want to your car. I really don't care what others think about my car. I'm the one driving it and I'm the one paying for it. Simple as that.

for this being your first time on the net you really got alot of the acronyms (sp?) down. unless you spent your first six days reading all the post on this board. i may be wrong. good luck with the flares........i think they are cool. if my car was all JDM'ed out i would have one in my ****.......but my car is all FDM'ed out. i cant afford the real ****.

Office Space, right?

The JDM gauge reads KPH, I have one in my car. After a few days of doing the conversion (10 KPH = 6.2 MPH) in your head to figure your speed, youll have it memorized. No big deal.

Ride on bro. Nice swap!

No one just one day knows everything about the Japenese Domestic Market. I give props, a lot of newbies think their HX can be the fastest sheit w/ just bolt-ons. Welcome to the board, you will learn a hell of a lot! I have!
