is it cranking and just not firing up or is it not even cranking? if it's not even cranking the first thing i would check is the starter. if you can test it and it turns out okay i guess next would be wiring.
if it's cranking and not firing up double check your fuel delivery and spark. this is an easy check by simply unplugging one of the injectors and have some one crank it over for a sec to see if fuel squirts out.
same concept with the spark. just pull one of the plugs and then put it back in the wire then have someone crank while you try to jump spark from the plug to the engine bay somewhere. i usually jumped it to the nut on the shock tower. if you have spark next i would check timing.

not entirely correct.....you need timing also and correct wiring. and not just wiring to the dist. and plugs but to all sensors as well.
