Default white smoke in B16

Well the car has been sitting in my back yard for quite some time and the battery seems to die the next day I charge it... And when I turn it on.. It wants to choke until I press the gas pedal. Then when it is on and I accelerate, white smoke comes out of the exhaust.. Is it because of the oil mixing with the gas or is it because its been sitting there without it being turned on... I need help thanx.

white smoke is steam, or coolant. it might be because of water in the gas if it wasnt doing it before. try to drain the gas and re-fill it.
