There are two different part number from Acura, so I would guess that there is a length issue with the midpipe. Here is the GSR number: 18220-ST7-A63 and LS number: 18220-ST7-A43. If you have a sawzall, and/or exhaust pipe cutter, and welder I am sure you can make it work though. Good luck!

only the 00-01 gsr header will bolt up to the ls exhaust due to the length. the 94-99 will not.

your right i had the same problem on my ls/vtec da, it was about 5 inches too short so what i did was i was building a strait pipe for it so i took the cat off ( no emmisions anymore on 95 and older here) and welded a flange i cut from the stock converter and welded it to some 2 1/2 piping and connected it to my exhaust. you can do the same exept you will need to cut the flange on the cat and make a 5'' piece and just buzz in a pipe between them

oh yeah if u dont have aftermarket motor mounts u need a flex pipe or the spring bolts from the cat moved to the back buy a third one, i know its ghetto but if u dont want to buy a flex pipe u gotta do what u gotta do

the cat lengths are different between itr, gsr and ls. Also the flanges are clocked to different positions.
