Default Someone PLEASE HELP!!! aRgH!

I've tried getting responses regarding my distributor issue. All I need to know is, when I replace it in the near future, if I need the distributor with the large coupling or the small coupling. I have no idea what the hell the "coupling" is, so if anyone knows, all I need is a response like "large" or "small". ANY help would be greatly appreciated, but no one seems to know anything about this. I have a 2000 Integra Type R.
Thanks

Some more information might be nice. I found your old post asking the question.

I know quite a bit about the dizzy and have never heard the term coupling used.

Where are you trying to get a dizzy from? Do they have different part numbers? What are the part numbers? What brand of dizzy are you getting?

Large, bigger is always better. :-)

I have never heard the term "coupling" used in reference to a Honda distributor either. All USDM ITR's are OBD2 so it would follow that they are all the same part number. Who asked you about coupling size?

AutoZone asked me ab the coupling size; as for OBD2, I have a 96 JDM B18C with OBD1 conversion. Will the swap present a problem? I used the USDM distributor with the swap, though.

The swap shouldn't make a difference. The pinouts are different between obd2 and obd1 however, I'm sure you have a conversion harness. Meaning you will just need an OBD2 dizzy.

If you have your old dizzy just take it in, and say I want this.

Or better yet, go to the junkyard and try to find an OEM one. You'll prolly have better results.
