'00 Civic Springs fit '92 Civic Coupe?
A friend of mine is wanting to put some '00 Civic springs on his '92 Civic and just wanted to ask if those would fit. I have had 92-95 Civics for years, but never had this situation come up. Thank you in advance for any help.

yes. They will fit. Notice how lowering spring manufacturers make springs for "
92-00" civics? The springs are of the same dimension.
Shock manufacturers also make shocks for "92-00" civics.
That alone should tell you that the springs are the same.
I've put 99 civic springs on a 92 with 92 shocks. They fit just the same. Yes, they will work. For sure.

It's worth noting that the shocks themselves are not identical. Fronts are 1005 interchangable, but 92-95 have brake hose brackets, while 96-00 do not. Rear shocks on the 92-95 have a wider lower fork on them, so when using 92-95 shocks on a 96-00 you need to add washers, and whn using 96-00 shocks on a 92-95 you must remove material from the lower control arm bushings/sleeves to get them to work.
Other than those two differences they are interchangable.
