Icon6 b16 obd0 swap problem

I have a 91 hatch with a jdm b16 obd 0 swap and its giving me a problem. I have had this swap for almost two years now with almost no issues except for this one. While driving in any gear, at low rpm's, the car bogs or hesitates when i am accelerating . It doesnt happen consistently but its annoying when it does and the bog or hesitation stops when i go full throttle and get the rpm's over about 4 thousand. Any ideas? Appreciate the input and responses.

New distributor? What ECM are you using?
I didn't find out til almost a year later that the ECM that came with my swap was chipped. It ran fine but everyonce in a while would bog as well. Got a wideband on it and found it to be going as low as 12:1 A/F

it could be a number of things, but would try a tune up and maybe some injector cleaner.. are you still using the stock cat?

hesitation could be a few things. First do the easy, check your plugs.
The check for constant spark.

you know i have the same damn prob with mine lol, i just put a new distributor in it and it feels better, but mine is fine till i hit vtec and then it feels like its on the rev limiter, i have a pr3 and its chiped by jun, the motor was in my hatch and i took it out and changed the inside and out side wire harnes bc the crx's inside burnt a wire. i think i nearowed it down to plugs. i have to run a hoter plug. i rebuilt the motor and its got 210psi in the cylender pressure on the gauge, so it isent un even pressure. so im going to try a hoter race spark plug and see if that works. hope so bc im tired of it sounding like a suby
