Default transmission ground loose

hey everyone i have a 94 eg hatch with a 96 b18b1 swap and running a OBD1 ECU
When i put my swap in i noticed that the tranny ground was loose on the transmission side and when i tried to tighten it i saw that it was stripped and then i couldnt remove it. it is not super loose but it will move if you try to turn it pretty easily.
well my car sputters after it has warmed up and i try to accelerate WOT under 3k but once it is over 3k every thing is fine could the transmission ground be causing this?? i have NO CEL codes. and i checked the tps map and o2 sensors all are working. cleaned the Intake manifold and the problem persists.

any one think that the ground is the problem that is causing this? im starting to think it is and any ideas on how to remove the ground???

if the ground isnt tight then yes it could be the problem. grind off the head of the 10m bolt drill and tap a new hole.
