Default eg b series swap and now exhaust problems

I have a 92 civic cx with a stock exhaust. I just put a B18b with a dc header in. the mid pipe has about 2 inches before it hits the cat. anyone else have problems with this?

i believe if you get b16 headers it should line up ..or just get a ls cat and weld it to your stock pipe and it should line up to your headers...but first make sure which headers you have (b16,b18,ect..they were made differently)
