Intake Manifold Cel Code...?

Intake Manifold Cel Code...?
I just posted a while back and was told that if I put my D16y8 intake manifold on my car (97 dx hatch) I would throw a code...(45 cel I was told)...anybody have any ideas on how to fix it??? V-afc maybe??
