Default OBD2 to OBD1?

I have a 94 Civic coupe that originally had a D16Z6 in it. I just dropped in a OBD2 B18C. I am using the original harness from the D series and a OBD1 GSR ECU. I installed a OBD1-OBD2 distributer jumper harness from Password:JDM and the only other things I think I have to change is the alternator (or alternator plug) and the injectors as well as the throttle cable. I am new to the world of B series and was wondering if anyone could tell me if I've done everything right or if there's any other problems I might run into. Will the motor run right? Any info would be really appreciated, thanks.

i'm about to start this project myself in a 99 ex. so far i've gathered, 99 si shift linkage, motor mounts and poly inserts,b series vtec distributor, b series power steering brackets, gsr ps pump, i have the obd1 p72 ecu so i need a obd2 to obd1 harness. and there may be more i'm forgetting. Also, my car is wired for vtec, if yours isnt i heard it makes it much more complicated.

yeah, my car was already wired for vtec. The original motor was the D16Z6 and I swapped in a JDM D15B VTEC for a short period. Everything on the obd1 harness plugs/bolts right up to the obd2 motor except for the alternator, the injectors, the throttle cable and i think thats it. Other than doing what I need to get those hooked up, all I need is shift linkage, axles, and depending on if i decide to run power steering or not, everything I need for that.

Default altenator

you can use your obd2 altenator just get use your obd2 plug on the obd1 harness!!
obd2 obd1
black/yellow >>> black/yellow
white/blue >>> white/blue
white/green >>> white/yellow
white/red >>> blue

colour match the wires as above and it has a plug with 3 wire just cut the white yellow and leave it..

hope these are usefull to you.did few swaps obd1 to obd2 or vica versa and with no altenator problemsss..
