Default water instead of anti-freeze

someone decided to use water instead of anti-freeze be4 i bought the car and now with the cold temps i noticed the other day when i was changing the radiator the hose was frozen so im assuming theres frozen water in the block too what should i do to get it melted and out of the engine? i didnt put any anti-freeze in the radiator yet but i did connect all the hoses i also bought a new thermostat and the gaskets for it which i plan on putting in after i get the water out. by the way the car is not on the road so it isnt being driven

first: please:

second:
if the block is frozen like the hoses you may have a bad situation brewing. pup out the block core plug, and get the car near some heat. get the water out and get some 50 50 in it. freezing blocks can crack.
