MY GSR FLYWHEEL BOLTS KEEP COMING OUT LOOSE
ok this is my 2nd time that happends my gsr flywheel bolts keep coming loose. couple miles that i drive and i have a six puck clutch i guess 1 bolt came out so far that it is holding my clutch. what can i do so my bolts wont come loose againg? we torque them down as much as we could.

are you 100% sure your using manual flywheel bolts and not automatic? seen a guy once with the same prob and he was using automatic bolts and they are alot shorter. I would just put some loctite on them and tq them to spec.

i sure hope it works kind of tired working on this dam car i think imma end up fixing it and selling it fresh rebuilt with itrs .not even 100 miles on my car. and i cant even drive it . lol
I always use blue loctite for the flywheel bolts. Red is for permanent stuff, so if you have to change the flywheel or get it resurfaced again than the bolts will come out alot easier with the blue loctite.
if you are using a torque wrench, make sure it's in ft. lbs', not inch lbs'.. sounds silly but i've seen people use them like they are ft. lbs' torque wrenches..
and basically any loctite wiill do the trick

Theres something wrong here. My guess is any one of the following:
-flywheel bolts not tightened enough, they should be tightned to 76ft lbs, although generally I just tighten them.
-something is vibrating (crank, warped flywheel, etc)
-You use automatic flex plate bolts (I'm doubtful you did, but just throwing it out there just in case)
