04 civic ex fan running at all times
i have a 2004 honda civic ex i bought with 29,500 miles and it runs drives and runs perfect. it does have a reconstructed title but it was fixed real good. it only has one problem which is the fan in the motor is always running. even on cold start it turns on right away. any idea on what might be wrong? i dont know much about cars its my first car. thanks in advance
