Default P30 vs P72 for b20vtec

I had a P72 running my crvtec for the first 1500 miles and all I did was complain about top end problems. I strapped in the P30 ecu and turned up my fuel to 52 psi and now I finally have top end. I just needed to know if this is because my head is b16 and not gsr? Some info needed?

The p72 is made for a dual stage mani,so if your running single the car is just not gonna run the way it should unless you get some guru to remap it with a single stage program.I know someone who tried that and it ran it like a GSR dual stage mani was in there.

You could also use a PR3 OBDI ECU, they run the B16A motors

Did you try 52 psi on the p72. I dont think it could be much different. Just because the manifold is able to direct air, it doesnt change the cfm so the fuel curve shouldnt change with the IAB either.
