timmig belt slippage?
SO i was driving to my friends, my car starts to misfire, it had happened to me before a while ago, and it was a loose plug wire...I tightened all of them, didnt work...I changed the plug wire...It got better...then I went to pick up my friend, and everytime I step on it, it starts misfiring, if I dive slowly and dont step on the gas, more than 1/4 down, its all right, so whys is doing this? Im thinking its that the timming belt slipped or something?
it could be a million things
its possible your timing belt could of jumped a tooth but I think that would affect the whole power band in all driving conditions.
Looks like its spark related since you where able to get an improvement with the wires.
Your cam gears could be slipping, but that depends on if you have aem gears?

I dont know why...but that sounds more spark related than anything else....cuz if your timing was off (for ex. cam gear slippage) it just seems that your car would be sluggish all the time......I would try pulling out your plugs to see if there not fouled out and re-check the gap on them....and check your cap/rotor to see how the contacts inside look.....

Do you hear a flapping noise at all?
The hydraulic tensioner might be gone. If it is, you'll more then likely hear noises of the belt flapping. Pull the timing belt cover and check the tension.
If you want to see about the teeth, then you'd have to pull the valve cover, and put the motor at TDC. When it's at TDC it should have the two stock arrows pointing at eachother.

I pulled the plugs and cleaned the..but I have them crap assss bosch +2 *****, so I cant gap em, Im gonna see if I can get some of the normal plugs(discount doesnt carry much for my car) and if taht doesnt work, Im gonna change the rotor/cap, cuz I know its not the plug wires, cuz at idle, I pull each wire, and the car starts to misfire
does anyone have a closeup pic of a GOOD rotor? i took off my cap a while back and the white part on the end seemed like it was a little frayed maybe....not sure though. but i'd like to see what a good one looks like!
I changed the fuel pump relay, my pops said it might be that...it worked..for like 6 hours..thenit started doign it agen, but only between 1000 and 2000rpm's when I floor it, I dunno what it could be..maybe the fuel filters a lil dirty, or injectors, anyone have any suggestions?
