i have a 94 civic ex coupe.

i looked under the hood and under the dash for a fuse i couldnt find anything...
i just replaced the srs wheel bc the horn wasnt working and i though it should work now. is the criuse controll hooked up through the full srs system? b/c i have it unpluged behind the guage cluster. my passenger airbag was deployed....

any ideas???

 

some of the wires on that ring behind the steering wheel are also for cruise.

 

yeah the cruise and everything goes through that wheel, didnt have my horn, srs light was on, and no cruise for about a year. replaced and boom everything worked like it was suppose to

 

The cruise control wires share some plastic connectors etc. with the SRS system. My first suspicion is that you have the top plug of the three plugs circled below unfastened. This plug should have light green/red and light/green black wires coming out of it. These two wires go directly to the cruise control computer.

 

yea i was saying that i did replace that and the horn worked but the cruise control didnt
