Im posting this for a buddy of mine who does not have an account, He has a 90 Civic sedan, he is doing an LS swap in his DPFI D15, and his car is an automatic and is converting to a 5 speed, he is not converting it to OBD1, since he found an OBD0 LS motor and tranny for $150.00, if he gets an automatic OBD0 Integra ECU will it work since he is converting to a manual, from what I understood is that the automatic ECU is not to different then the manual ecu and will work, but if someone could correct me if I am wrong I would appreciate it , Thank you

 

the auto ECU will work, however, it will throw a CEL and code 19 for the lock-up control solenoid for the auto - best to get the PR4 ECU for manual transmission
