what happened to the tire? pissed off ex-girlfriend? how fast were you going when the tire fell apart because that must have been scary.

I was going about 80, i thought something was wrong with the road, then it started to smell like burnt rubber, so i pulled over and as i was pulling onto the shoulder thats when it started to ride on rim for like 10 seconds.

you hit some thing that made the tire go flat. your drove on it with out any wonder cuz it still tracked some what str8. you noticed it when the tire was over heated due to low air pressure and destroyed itself
