Post Difference between a 98 jdm type r cluster and 2001?

so is there a difference between the two? i think the speedometer reading is higher on the 2001, rite??

98 spec cluster goes up to 190 KPH. What 2001 cluster are you talking about?

The green film is slightly different between the two.

yes im talking about the 2001 jdm type r cluster for the integra.

so in 2001 there was no dc2 in japan anymore just dc5??

he is probably looking for the blue tinted cluster. Which was the 2000 and type RX cluster.
the one i got. might have came in different years but im not sure.

Looks like any other JDM ITR cluster except the CF bezel has a slightly glossy blue tint.

I always thought the blue tint came from the cf surround not the actual plastic... still hottt!

It does come from the CF. All CF trim has a glossy, blue tint to it on the Rx.
