Default OK to put anti-sieze on the turbine housing?

Had to use some damaging force just to take it off the first time. Is is ok to put anti-sieze on the edges to prevent this from happening again?

Couldnt hurt. Just use some lock washers and keep an eye on them from becoming loose.
