jg edelbrock vs. victor x?

is there a difference in these manifolds? i have the one that says"jg edelbrock" on the manifold. my boy has one that says "victor x" on the manifold. is one just older than the other? the runners and plenums look identical.

The older ones say JG Edelbrock on them. They are the same.
