91 Accord EX problems and, opinion please
I hear a buckle noise on my right front wheel whenver I got over a bump. What could be the cause of that?
I think my mechanic used concentrated coolant in my car and, should I get a coolant flush to make sure it's ok?
My rear quarter panels are rusting to a point where the holdings to the bumper is slowly sinking down. What should I do?
What kind of maintenance should I do for my car? It has about 175000 KM on the engine.
Work done:
Water pump with Timing Belt.
Sway Bar and bushings.
Oil Pan leak fix.
Valve Gasket leak fix.
New Distributor with Spark plugs.
New front breaks and calipers.
Rear drums and shoes/
The upper right arm ball joint is loose now
Work needs to be done:
Body
CV Axles are now seized
valve seals needs to be replace
Main Relay (Causing it to rarely and randomly to turn over when firing up)
How easy is it to do the work that needs to be done list?

Upper Strut Mount, Dry Ball Joint (usually Lower Joint) or sway Bar Bushings...

You can pick up a hydrometer (antifreeze tester) at Deathzone (sorry, AutoZone) for almost nothing. If it's too concentrated, just draw off half of it and replenish with water.

One of two things:
Pull the bumper cover off and repair the panel correctly or
Carefully drill a few holes thru the impact strip (Black stripe) into the panel behind and secure it in place with some good sized sheet metal screws. Paint the heads black and no one will know but you.
What kind of maintenance should I do for my car? It has about 175000 KM on the engine.
You're pretty much covered with the possible exception of one glaring thing...
Have the brake system power flushed. Brake fluid absorbs water over time; and if left in there over the years will start attacking the bores of such things as Master and wheel cylinders.

I think this is backwards but its all good, turn over is what the starter does and it seems you dont have a problem with the starter, fire is what the spark plugs make, so, it always turns over but rarely and randomly fires up. Now of course you need fuel to make fire too and this is what usually goes wrong with the Main Relay, no fuel pump operation.
You can search for main relay and get lots of test procedures or read some posts over the last few weeks and this issue has been addressed several times recently. Very indepth so start looking at recent posts down below and on the next few pages.

Front or Rear?
If You're speaking of the rear Tail Lamp Assembly, It is held on by four (4) studs/nuts which are accessable thru the trunk trim panels
If it's the front, I'll have to look that up...

Sorry if I am speaking out of turn, not sure 100% of exactly what you want to do, just in case you want to remove the lens to wipe it out, you cant, I have seen some folks ask about this. You must remove the whole assy, drain it, blow it out with an air gun and sometimes use a hair drier to heat up the air inside to dissipate more moisture. Then you have to figure out where the water came from and seal it up again. Many times it better to change the entire part.

Often, it isn't so much the lamp that's leaking (unless of course it's cracked) but the gasket that seals it to the body.
Before reinstalling it, take Duane's advice and dry it out good. Also make sure you use a new gasket, the old one will have crushed.

If you're talking about the front lamp; refer this link.

There is a screw retainer on the part of the lamp most towards the center of the vehicle. The top illustration shows the EX version, the lower one shows the DX/LX version. This lamp assembly does not call for a mounting gasket.

It's the front right turn signal but, somehow water got into the casing(housing) of the turn signal. So I guess there's a screw that keeps the housing in place? from the diagram.. right?
