Icon6 S300 calibration help - d16y8 d16z6

Has been 2 days trying to figure out how to make the car idle but with no luck. I manage to run while triming the over fuel to -73% but after i let the gas go below 1k rpm it shuts w. no idle. Here is some basics on the setup:

Block:
d16y8, w. 8:5.1 pistons, .5mm over.

Head
d16z6. w. y8 crower stage 2 trubo cam, 1mm over valves and y8 camgear.
d16z6 stock dizzy.

4bar omni map sensor.
750cc RC satured injectors
255 walboro pump.
40-45 psi fuel pressure.
p28 s300
plx m300 installed to ELD and stock O2 input.
18-20 vac reading on guage.
gas: 93 octane

The intercooler pipping is disconnected from the Intake Manifold.

So far:
I ran p28 stock map. Changed the injector size 240 to 750 <<No changes on the voltage columns since not sure if i need to. Changed the map sensor to 4bar, closed loop and selected D10 for wideband input.advanced the timing alil.
On-real time data screen, everything seems to work. AF/TPS/MAP seem to be accurate.
No errors.

The car doesn't start or if it does its running rich. Anything else to calibrate???

Contact who ever you bought the s300 system from to see if they have a calibration they can provide you with so you may start on that file instead.

Wow, what a great dealer to work with lol.
This is why people should look into what dealer they buy their Hondata from.

How much vacuum is the motor pulling at idle ?
Did you double check your cam timing to ensure everything is lined up at tdc ?

I figure out the problem w. IAC. Fabrication error.
Cam timing is off since obd1 is set for 16* and i have y8 cam gear for 21*.
The engine vacuums around 18-20 at 1k rpm.

My concern is w. injector sizing.
does it need to calibrate the voltage offset on the injectors from stock to aftermarket. in my case 750cc RC satured injectors?

Your issue could be tuning or something that can't be remotely diagnosed.
I would suggest consulting with a local hondata dealer for a tune.

Yeah, that's pretty surprising the dealer would treat you like that...

If you are local to me, let me know if I can help.

d16z6. w. y8 crower stage 2 trubo cam, 1mm over valves and y8 camgear.
d16z6 stock dizzy.

Theres your problem the y8 cam is slightly bigger than the z6 cam what it's doing is snagging at low rpm mine did because crower sent me the wrong cam ended up breaking 1 belt and shreading 3 cam gear keys in the process i took the cam out and it had wear marks from where it sits in the journeys. Any more info Please contact me...
