Default B16 fuel pressure

i have a b16 motor with a skunk 2 intake manifold and i just bought an aem fuel rail and aem fuel pressure regulator. My question is what is the proper pressure for the b16 motor? Im planning on running a simple set up, you know the basics intake header exhaust, clutch, nothin too fancy.
