Default F23A1 compression check

so i posted earlier about my problem with constant piston slap, so today we ran a compression test and they seemed pretty high.

1= 220
2= 220
3= 205
4= 225

Is this normal? If not, would that affect anything?

You're well within range, and you've nothing to be concerned with. A 7% difference between cylinders is within normal ranges. Now, if it looked like this:
220
170
210
220
THEN I would be concerned and would have asked you to perform a wet compression test.
As it stands right now, the rings and valves are doing their job.

Specifications F23a1:
  • Bore × Stroke: 86.0 × 97.0 mm
  • Displacement: 2254 cc
  • Valve Configuration: SOHC, 16 valves, VTEC
  • Compression ratio: 9.3:1
  • Max power: 150 hp (112 kW) @ 5700 rpm
  • Max torque: 152 ft·lbf (205 N m) @ 4900 rpm
With the 9.3:1 compression ratio, I would expect 190/220 (ish) for a psi.
The reading you are getting are healthy and within acceptable range.
A compression test is not so much what the numbers are, but the difference (if any) between them.
