Default Disc Swap - E-Brake Stuck

I just swapped GSR rear disc brakes onto my '98 Civic. The drivers side e-brake line seems engaged, the e-brake handle is down, because there is a considerable amount draggage on the drivers side compared to the passenger. Suggestions?

you have to adjust the ebrake with a 12mm wrench until it feels right. Either that or did you not use the GSR Brake booster/Master cylinder?

I should have mentioned this earlier, I have an EX, the MC wasn't necessary. I'll recheck the adjusting nut. When I tighten the adjusting nut the device holding the cables twists.

It should look like this, ---|=== but it looks like this ---/===

What cables did you use? I'm guessing you used the Integra cables, they are a hair too long, I would recommend 99-00 Si cables if you don't already have them on there.

Nope, I'm running 99-00 Si e-brake cables.
