Are they interchangeable?What can I put on the GSR sedan? I need to smog mine!!

 

they're interchangeable. but what's the airbox going to do to help you pass smog? visual inspection?

 

Exactly. The smog tech dooesn't even let it go on the rack.I want an AEM but ussed the price I am finding them for is too high

 

go to a different smog tech? or is it all of them in your area?

 

All of them. I am looking for a CARB legal intake but used is just too close to being new for me. I would rather pick up a stocker for now.

I have Pick your part but no GSRs...I find LS ones but I can't spend for something that will not be useful.

 

The air box is identical from the LS/GSR/ITR. The pipe from the Throttle body is different from GSR to LS/ITR. The LS/ITR is shorter then the GSR pipe.
Find a friend to let you borrow an AEM cai. They are easy to remove/reinstall.

 

The actual airbox is the same but the GSR intake tube is different as the throttle body location on the B18C1 is lower than on the other B series motors
