how to- paint interior panels?
ive done some searching and posting but i havent found anything concrete or. i have no rear panels and dont have the money to buy off ebay or ppl selling them on here, i do on the other hand have the money to buy em from the junkyard but unfortunately the only hatch ive found within 15 junkyards was owned by some super dooper ricer aka all the panels are painted some bright *** blue with some of the paint chipping. HELP
A good thinner to take the paint off is a start, acetone in moderation works well. Use a tooth brush to get into the cracks. When you have it stripped, ise a good plasic prep, I use SEM 38353, wipe it off with a rag. Next, a plastic primer, Bulldog is a good product, but you can use any "quality" plastic primer such as Dupli-Color, also called adhesion promoters. Final coat should be a good quality plastic/vinyl paint, SEM makes a good product, SEM Lanau Black (15013) matches the factory Honda black VERY closely.
As with any paint job, its all in the prep work. Any of the products I mentioned can be found at a auto body supply paint store. Use multiple thin coats with the above mentioned process and products and the paint will stick like **** on a blanket.

There is a whole thread on how to paint interiors in the paint section.
