Side moldings- take needle nose pliers and just pop the clips, the door molding have a nut on the end of it (towards back of car), and its a lot easier to get to the last one (towards front of car) if you take the speaker out

If it's the same as my EK, then the door moldings are a biatch to get off. You have to get to them from inside the car. They're held on by square plastic clips that actually expand and hold themselves in when you install them. My ek moldings were also attached with crazy sticky adhesive. Believe me when I say that you'll be much happier just taping your car off and painting them on the car.

The side skirt moldings on the other hand are incredibly easy to remove. First, remove the screws behind the front wheel and the screws under the car that actually hold the molding on. There may also be some at the rear wheel too but I don't think so. Once you're certain all of the screws are out, simple slide the molding horizontally to unhook it from the plastic clips. Once the molding is off, turn the clips 45 degrees and pull them out. To reinstall, put all the clips back on the side molding and clip it on. Simple!

Forgot that haha, you have to remove the door panels and other inside panels to get to the clips. Not hard just time consuming though. well worth it for a quality paint job
