Default BMW M3 Detail Job

The car is a 1995 M3 but it isn't your average M3, with over $80,000 on it, the motor is fully built and will produce 590rwhp, single turbo with everything you can imagine on it, the paint is original, the car was in storage for 3 years and the last 6 months the car was parked on the driveway, he had the urge to put the car back on the road so it was definitely time for a good detail job for it.

The right front fender told us the condition of the car, which turned out to be very poor, after I evaluated the condition of the car I got to work, I did the following steps;

Washed it and at the same time used the oxidation block ( this blowed his mind away )
wheels were cleaned with our wheel cleaner
Dry
Taped the needed areas
Heavy compound equiped with an orange pad and the porter cable speed set at 4, I ended up using a 6 to finish it.
Swirl Remover with orange pad and the porter cable speed set at 6, one pass the switch to a white pad
Pre Wax by hand
Wax by hand
Total time 4 hrs

It is a great tool, maybe you know the product by a different name ?

xxx oxidation and bug remover can be used to quickly and safely remove bonded contaminants, dropping and insect grime from automotive finishes. For automotive paint finishes, this product has the same function and environmentally safety as clay-based stain removers.

The value and benefits:

1) Just use with water, no need to buy other tool or special detergents for rigid stain.

2) Reduce over half time of removing contaminants: Use friendly and it is very easy and quick to remove dropping, insect grime and containments, which bonded on paint finish and only operate with water.

3) This product also has same function of clay based bars when use properly.

4) Environmentally friendly: Just use with water and decrease water pollution.

5) Long lifespan of product: At least wash 20 to 35 times in properly use and store.

6) If block is drop in the floor, simply rinse it down and re-use.

During Work

After entire process was done, wash, oxidation block, swirl remover and wax

what you see in the roof is overspray, the entire roof is FULL of it, actually the entire car, or what’s left of it, I was able to remove 99% of it with our bug and oxidation block, after that I used our swirl remover, pre wax and wax ,I did use the Porter Cable Machine.
