RSX-S Aftermarket shocks on Civic SI
I autocross and I'd like to get some Koni Yellows - unfortunately Koni doesn't make the full set for my 08 SI - just front inserts and rears.
Are the RSX-S aftermarket shocks compatible and interchangeable with my 08 SI Sedan's? I believe the suspension is pretty much the same . . . . ?

no they are not. rears are completely different. fronts maybe.
if you're autocrossing, buying a rsx setup may hurt you more b/c you are buying a setup not designed for your car.

I thought I replied to this already.
None will work, not even the fronts.
What class do you run in, If i'm not mistaken you have to run the stock struts but can change the springs. If you can get the HFP or the Mugen units you may be able to run them because they are stock for that chassis.

allowed to run aftermarket shocks as they are a "wear and tear" item that can be replaced.
Not allowed to run the HFP setup because they are not factory installed equipment, they're a dealer installed accessory.
If the class allows factory installed parts then mugens can be used.

If I were to run a single Mugen part then I would have to convert the entire car over to the Mugen setup. Thems the rules.
I told him that in a pm, use the coupon code "htholiday" at www.allversionperformance.com all skunk2 suspension is on sale.
