I want to upgrade my suspension. should I go with coilovers or springs? which will givea good ride and increased performance? and what are some good brands?

im running tokico illuminas with skunk2 springs, it rides nice. the question is how much are you willing to spend

 

suspension truly is a cost = performance type thing. once you come up with a number we may throw out ideas just from sheer boredom. this is one area that has been covered about as much as " what's the best header and cat back"
