why own a type R when you dont know anything about cars? ha

get some breathing mods like intake, header, and exhaust. the most simple way to get some power flowing, not to big of a gain but it's something.

 

What makes your type R so valuable is that it is stock and slow.

You can install a Jackson Racing supercharger for pretty cheap, that will make you some decent power. I would still sell it and buy a normal integra

 

I wouldn't say that stock is more valueable, easier to sell definately. But if your trying to make a fast car then get something else. The type R is a great car for Auto X, mountain driving, etc. It is a car that can handle. To make a drag car out of it seems like a waste to me. If you would just like a little power then go with an intake, and exhaust set up, maybe some hondata. Then again that is a lot of money on just a few HP gain. If you want HP then I would go with an LS/Vtec Turbo set up in something else.

Better leave it alone and not ruined a classic.
Need speed then buy some use scubby which not mind in blowing it up.

 

I just realized it is all original, never modified. A 97 original car is truely a gem, lets see some pictures. Don't do some god aweful thing like JRSC kit.

 

throw a body kit on it. add some adr rims and put a supercharger

 

and a turbo race a Smart car and you'll really feel good about yourself! ha!
