Post East Coast Racing-BOOOOOO

Im currently installing a JDM H22a with H23 trans into my 98 Honda Prelude SH. I've run into a little problem as far as sensors go. I tried searching for them, but found nothing. I'm just wondering the names of all the sensors on the Intake Mani.
I would have been alright if i had the intake from the old motor, but the dick face that was suppose to do the swap for me, due to my lack of no garage to work in, he lost a shyt load of my oem parts. I paid him $250 to start the swap, but i couldn't finish it, till i got a base tranny due to the SH model. Anyways the only thing that he did was pull the old motor out and take it too the machine shop to see if anything was salvagable. BTW the head and block were toast. Im missing so many parts: my intake mani, my head, intake with bypass valve, the list goes on. So im kinda screwed, the name of the shop BTW was East Coast Racing in Washingtonville, NY. The guys name is Chris Durubis, so if any of you guys know him, tell he is a POS.
Also on top of my parts missing, he decided to leave the car outside, untill i got my tranny. And about 2 weeks before i got my car out of there, (cause he said he wouldn't finish the job, and he wanted it out of there), the car was damaged. Panels on every part of the car were kicked in, my driver door window was shattered, my underglow kit stolen, my stock SH tranny and ATTS the were in the trunk(im not sure why) were also stolen. I have priced everything out that has been damaged or stolen, and it comes to around little over 10g's, considering my paint is the pearl white.
Anyways his dad is the main owner of the business, but his uncle is the owner of the whole building. He was suppose to leave the car in the shop, but apparently his uncle moved it outside, with the suspension all disconnected( and the ball joint bolts scraping into the rims). I have called hims several times, most of the time he never picked up, but when i did get him on the phone; i would ask him were some of my parts were, and he would tell me they were at the shop, but there not there, cause i've been there multiple times to look for them.
As of now, the store is closed. I tried to bargan with him to just pay me half of what its gunna cost me to fix the car and call it even, so i could have some cash. But instead these are his exact words " I did not pull your car out of the garage, idk if it was my uncle, but either way its not my problem of what has happened to your car. I have talked to my dad about getting you money, but he said the same thing, its not our fault."

Well anyways he is definitly not gunna be saying the same thing, when my lawyer is done with him. I hate the guy so much, he fawked me over so bad.

So just let me know what you guys think, i'll try and get so before and after pics of my car to show you the damage. My car was in prestine condition when i brought it to him in the first place for the swap.
Sorry for the novel, lol.

Yea dude that ish is messed up. I've gotten ticked off over a few eggs thrown at my car that scratched the paint. I couldn't imagine how I would feel if my car was damaged to the point of no drivability. I would f that guys day up.

Take that SOB to court and go in with as much evidence as possible on what he has told you to do and all that nonsense. If things work out right, he'll come crashing down and you'll be sittin pretty with enough money to fix your once beautiful car.

Good luck bro

Your property was damaged and it is their fault. You should either get paid for your damage or they should suffer some damage of their own, if you know what I mean.

With how bad that story just was I wouldnt question burning that place to ashes. You probably would end up saving someone elses heartbreak, and these degenerates probably dont have insurance
