Post Can't get car to crank...

Ok, I have put a B16a in my car, and when I finished getting everything bolted up, I decided to crank the car. We got the car to crank like 5 times and was like ok its good.. I put my water in it and everything and come to find out there was a water leak on the back of the block.. Well it took me 2 days to find the piece I needed for it and as a matter of fact I got it like 4 hrs ago.. Well I got it in and put my new fuse box for under the hood in and everything works like it is supposed to.. Now here is the tricky thing that I can't figure out, I can't get the car to start.. the fuel pump is turning on, all the sensors are plugged up, and it's getting fire. The car acts like it wan't to start, but it is acting like there is no fuel pressure.. I'm not getting what it could be because we had the car going before I put the piece in for the water to run through.. anything to help me get it going will help...

yeah you don't have to LET me know anything.. I got the car running yesterday after work, its running good now and everything.. I have to put it back in time and everything cause my buddy took and was trying to retime it while I was at work, but other than that I got it running good and everything.. got to drive it home tonight, I had left it up there last night to make sure everything was good on it and no mistakes..

and yeah I know that turning over and starting are two different things.. why do you think I got on here and said that it wasn't starting.... took the fuel rail off and put new injectors in it.. yesterday.. put new plug wires in it, for just in case, and got new plugs for it.. runs great ..
