I just installed a jdm b18c into a my obd2 R, i know the JDM motor doesn't come with a ckf censor. so i jumped it at the ecu to read the ckp sensor instead. but now i get a check enigine light for missfire cylinder 1 do you think it's related or what else could be the cause.

 

i just took the one off of my a spec motor and i was fine

 

it could be that, is the motor actually missfiring?
