Icon3 Need to kno how to change wheel studs!

Yo I gotta 1997 honda civic 2dr. And my front driver needs new wheels studs, but idk how to change them..do i gotta take off the whole axle or what? any advice would be great....Peace

you gotta take the axle nut off and remove the wheel hub. you are gonna need a slide hammer to get it off.
i recommend you take it somewhere. the place i worked at didn't charge much..

you can either do like said above, take off the axle nut, slide hammer the hub out, and reinstall in reverse order, or just take the whole spindle off and take it to a shop, they should only charge a few bucks.

These guys ^ are right on, the hub does need to come off to replace the front stud(s). Might as well replace the bearing while you're at it.

I have argued with bone heads in this forum about that before, the hub does need to come off to replace studs.
